10-7emu程度の微小な磁化まで測定することができます。 測定温度は 2 K から 400 K まで、磁場は最大 5.5 T まで印加可能です。

Superconducting quantum interference effect is utilized in the SQUID magnetometer (Quantum Design, MPMS5).
Tiny magnetization down to 10-7emu can be measured in the temperature range from 2 K to 400 K and magnetic fields up to 5.5 T.
